Prices (below) can vary depending on the square footage of home. Standard prices apply to residential properties up-to 2,000 square feet. Radon Gas Testing rates are determined by number of tests completed. All inspection reports, digital photos and summaries will be emailed to clients within 48 hour period following a completed inspection. A typed Radon Gas level summary will be emailed to clients only upon the processing of testing / equipment which can take up to 72 hours from start. Inspection time is not pre-determined. Generally, inspection time and consultation takes 2.5-3.5 hours but as long as a job requires. Clients will never be overbilled for inspection time. Final bills will include agreed costs prior to start of inspection or appointment and any (Radon) testing.
