Hello, my name is Jesse McCabe and I am the owner of McCabe Inspections LLC. With over 20+ years of professional experience with Trade Work my official Housing Inspector career began back in 2011. It started by working alongside and assisting my father, a housing inspector since 1979, then completing a lengthy home inspection course and passing the NYS licensing exam. Also during this time, I was working full-time conducting health and safety inspections and enforcing federal housing quality standards for HUD. In addition to this work, I focused on completing various NYS accredited trainings in housing quality standards, construction trades and residential home inspections. This volume of work strengthened my communication skills and increased my working relationships with landlords & tenants, real estate agents and home buyers & sellers. Now, after ten years, I specialize in communicating observations and addressing unique client questions and concerns. I thoroughly enjoy working one-on-one or in small groups with a shared interest. With McCabe Inspections LLC, I found that my experiences in individual fields complemented each other in effective, and what turned out to be inseparable, ways. Home inspections and real estate trends are always changing the buyers & sellers perspective and no two houses are the same. This made me eager to develop my own business, one that would effectively intersect my expertise and talents with client-based interests in a dynamic environment and ever changing housing market. McCabe Inspections LLC believes that what provides value and assistance to the client and what makes a business thrive are the same thing. As of June 2020 I’ve dedicated myself solely to McCabe Inspections LLC. Choosing to specialize in a field like Residential Home Inspections means that I’m 100% devoted to it; building it and taking pride in it and continually training and educating to protect it and provide a service to clients that exceeds expectations.
